1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stick Butter, salted 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 4 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 1 cup Half and Half Cream 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, Sharp, Crystal Farms
Directions
Melt butter, cook onions
Add Broth, cook broccoli
Add cream, melt cheese.
