1 1tsp Canola Oil 0.75 cup Green Beans (snap) 0.75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 0.75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Stewed Tomatoes 4 tsp Worcestshire Sauce (Lea and Perrins) 1 cup Zuchinni fresh 8 oz Ground beef, lean
Sauté vegetables. 2-3 min. Add oregano. Add beef. Cook til no longer pink. Drain off any fat. Add canned tomatoes and Worcestshire sauce. Simmer 20 min.
