Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves mincedMushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, slicedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 3 lemon wedge yields Zest of half a lemon
Add Oil and garlic to pan and saute for 1 min. Add broccoli and mushrooms and saute for about 12 minutes until broccoli is tender crisp. Turn off the heat and sprinkle the lemon juice and zest in a toss once more.
