Ingredients
2.0 slice, thin (3-3/4" x 5" x 3/8") Bread, whole wheat (including toast) prepared from recipe1.5 tbsp Butter, salted2.0 large Poached Egg
Directions
Toast bread and spread butter over surface. Grease pan lightly with olive oil, Poach eggs using water add salt and pepper if desired. Place cooked eggs on top of buttered bread, enjoy.
