27.4 oz Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen)5.0 tbsp Great Value Less Sodium Soy Sauce (1tbs - 15mL)2.0 serving Stir-Fry Sauce-House of Tsang Classic Stir-Fry Sauce (1 Tbsp)1.0 clove Garlic4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil13.0 cup birds eye stirfry vegetables (frozen)2.0 serving Great value instant brown rice2.0 tbsp hoison sauce
Dice chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and a little bit of salt. Heat 2tbs oil in a wok. When hot add garlic then add chicken. When chicken is almost done add the soy sauce and cook until done. Drain off liquid and set chicken aside. Toss the chicken in the hoison sauce. Add the rest of the oil to the wok and cook the vegetables per the directions. When done add in the chicken and cooked rice and heat through.
