1.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.5 tsp Curry powder10.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw0.25 cup, sliced Almonds1.0 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat0.5 cup Grapes (red or green)0.5 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
Chop chicken, grapes, celery, onions; toast almonds in butter on stove then cool; combine all ingredients and season with curry/beau monde to taste Serving Size: Split into thirds before serving
