Ingredients
2 lb of ground turkey� cup carrot finely chopped1 celery finely chopped2 tsp Himalayan sea salt � tsp ground ginger
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Form into patties (about 6) and grill or fry in coconut oil until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
