Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs 1 cup, chopped Kale 1 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 4 tbsp Sour Cream .5 cup So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded .3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 3 tsp Always Fresh Minced Garlic (by -FREDDY-) 0.25 tsp Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning (Old Bay) (by MISSMM) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Mix chopped vegetables into eggs, coconut milk and sour cream. Add spices to taste, scramble & pour into baking dish sprayed with avocado, olive or coconut oil. Bake @ 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
