Red Beans and Rice

Ingredients
14.0 oz Parkview Polska Kielbasa1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw4.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup White Rice, medium grain1.75 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes3.5 cup Beans, red kidney, canned2.0 cup Chicken Bullion0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Directions
Saute meat, add veggies and cook until onions soft. Add rice and toast, adding tomatoes and kidney beans once it starts smelling nutty. Add chicken stock, cajun spices, chili powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Simmer uncovered for about an hour until rice is cooked and water had been absorbed. Enjoy, makes four heaping bowls.
