Sausage and egg muffin

Ingredients
4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw8.0 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.25 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop onions and peppers. Brown sausage. Add onions and peppers. Cook for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Cool for about 5 minutes. Add cheese, stir. Spray muffin pan with olive oil. Add sausage mixture to pan. Break eggs into bowl and stir. Add egg mixture to the sausage mixture. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Cool and eat.
