Smothered and Fried Radishes

Ingredients
3 cup slices Radishes 12 serving Bacon (fried) 1 slice 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Smothered and Fried Radishes

Make this in a cast iron skillet, a stainless steel skillet, or an electric skillet.

Slice clean radishes
Fry up 12 pieces of bacon
Fry the radishes in the bacon grease
Top with a tbsp of butter and mix
Sprinkle a cup of cheddar cheese

Put in bottom rack of oven on broil for 5 - 7 minutes, do not let cheese brown or burn.
