Ingredients
16 oz Pork Tenderloin .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Ginger Root 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh .25 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Cook ground sausage with sliced white onion in a large skillet over medium heat, making sure meat is crumbled and cooked through. Do not drain.


Stir in garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.


Add cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, and stir for a few minutes until softened.


Remove from heat, stir in sesame oil, and top with green onions.
