Philly cheesesteak rollups

Ingredients
2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 pound serving Steak, Ribeye Boneless (thinly sliced)6 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese
Directions
1. Oil a pan and saute onion and peppers until tender

2. Take thinly sliced steak and cook in pan for 2-3 minutes per side.

3. Place a piece of cheese onto center of cooked steak along with pepper and onions, roll up and secure with toothpick.

    I used prime rib and a combination of red, orange and green peppers. I caramelized the onions before adding the peppers. Super good. - 1/31/19
