Ingredients
0.75 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour 0.75 cup Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Oat Bran Hot Cereal (1/3 cup / 31g) (by ARCTIC_BLONDE) .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Baking Soda .33 serving bananna - med 4 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Canola Oil .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 oz Bolthouse Farms Matchstick Carrots 1.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 mix all dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl mix liquid ingred. Add dry mix to wet stir until moistened fold in carrots and blueberrys lightly grease or line muffin tin with cups . Fill 3/4 full bake for 18-20 min.
