Venison Noodles Over Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs venison roastseasoned salt & pepper1 packet onion soup mix1 packet au jus mix1 10 oz can beef consommé12 oz canned whole mushrooms1 10 oz can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup16oz extra wide egg noodles2 cup milk or creammashed potatoes, for serving
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in instant pot. 2. Season roast with season salt and pepper. 3. Place the roast in the instant pot and brown all sides, and sprinkle with the onion soup mix and the au jus mix. 4. Pour the consommé and cream of mushroom soup over top and briefly mix together. 5. Add in the mushrooms.  6. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.  7. Shred the roast and stir into the broth. 8. Stir in the uncooked egg noodles, adding water if needed. 9. Recover and cook on until al dente.  10. Pour in the cream and mix thoroughly.  11. Scoop mashed potatoes onto a plate and top with a hearty helping of noodles

Serving Size: 2cups, noodle recipe makes 10-12cups
