Keto Broccoli Cheese

Ingredients
2 cup Kettle & Fire Bone Broth - Chicken (by BERNERKAT) 2 cup Water 5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 8 oz Cream Cheese 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 2.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 28 gram(s) Butter (Kerrygold) Pure Irish Gold Foil 1T=14g
Directions
chop up the Broccoli into small flowerets and set aside
add butter, cream cheese, whipping cream, broth, and mix well
Once fully combined add the Parmesan Cheese - next add the Chopped Broccoli and cover and cook
Stir and add the Shredded Cheddar Cheese - allowing cheese to melt completely. Taste and add the salt and pepper to taste
