1 cup Blueberries, fresh 1/4 cup Shortening, Crisco 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar 1 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 1/2 cup Milk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk 1 1/2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Sift flour and baking powder. Set aside
Cream sugar and shortening. Add milk and egg. Mix well.
Add wet to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.
Fold in in Blueberries. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 min.
Serving Size: makes 12 1-muffin servings
