Ingredients
453 gram(s) Gianelli Mild Italian Turkey Sausage 2 cup Wegmans Four Cheese Pasta Sauce (1/2 cup) (by DIANERA) 10 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 3 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 1 serving Cheese, Parmasean 1/4 cup (by ONEBADGOOSE) 1.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Sargento Chef Blends 6 Cheese Italian
Directions
Cook sausage. Add onions, peppers, diced tomatoes, and pasta sauce. Simmer till veg are tender. Meanwhile combine Parmesan, ricotta, and eggs. In a casserole dish layer 1/3 veg and meat, 1/2 spinach, 1/2 ricotta mix. repeat. Top with the rest of the meat and veg mix then Italian blend cheese. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
