100 gram WinCo Foods - Mexican style blend cheese 1 serving Mission flour tortilla (large/burrito) 20 grams Mushrooms, fresh
using a non-stick pan, lightly oil and heat (medium-low). cover half the tortilla with cheese and other ingredients. fold tortilla over onto ingredients. add to pan. heat for 2 minutes, flip, heat another 2 minutes or until desired.
