3.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw4.0 serving Johnsonville Beef Brats4.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2 tbsp Canola Oil6.0 serving EGG - Poached 1 large
Directions
Cut potatoes into cm cubes and boil, intil not quite cooked transfer and fry in skillet with oil, turning every 5 min. cut one half onion, one bell peper and set aside, skin brats. Add onion and meat and cook for another 5 min. Add pepper.cook until tender
