KETO Green Chile Chicken

3 lb boneless chicken breast - raw8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 4.5 oz can Chopped green chiles (Old El Paso) 8 oz Pepper jack cheese block, shredded or sliced.25 tsp Cumin seed .25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black
1. Heat the oven to 375F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper until combined. Then stir in the green chilis and stir until evenly mixed.
3. Lay the chicken breasts flat in a baking dish. Cover the chicken breasts with the green chili mixture. Then top with the cheese.
4. Bake on the middle rack for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
5. Serve hot over sautéed spinach or cauliflower rice. Enjoy!
