Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 serving Manischewitz Split Pea Soup Mix-1 pkg. 1 cup Yellow Split Pea Dahl (Vegan Table) 56 oz 16.9 ounce bottled water 2 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Slow cooker: Preheat slow cooker on high meanwhile, boil 7 cups of water on the stove in a pot. Add chopped vegetables and split peas and the manischewitz split pea soup mix to slow cooker. Add boiling water to slow cooker. Cover, follow directions on manischewitz split pead soup mix to add seasoning add additional water if to thick. Continue to cook on High for 160 mins. Optional add 1 teaspoon liquid smoke for smokey flavor taste.
