Easy Granola

Ingredients
3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) .5 cup Honey .5 cup, sliced Almonds 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 1tsp Coconut Oil 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spread oatmeal and almonds on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. While oatmeal is baking melt coconut oil (if solid). Combine coconut oil, honey, cinnamon and vanilla in a small bowl. When oatmeal mix is done baking pour wet ingredients over oatmeal and stir to combine completely. Spread on baking sheet. Turn oven off and place back int the oven for 7 minutes. Allow to cool and store in airtight container.
