Laura’s Crockpot Roast Beef with potatoes,Carrots, and Gravy

Ingredients
3.8 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 16 oz Baby Carrots 1 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
Directions
Brown roast in oil. Place in crockpot with 1 can mushroom soup and one envelope cream of onion soup mix. Add water. Cook on high for 6 hours. Add cubed potatoes and baby carrots. Add salt and pepper to potatoes and carrots to taste. Cook for approximately 2 more hours or until potatoes are done.
