1 medium red beil pepper, chopped1 jalapeno pepper, chopped1 medium onions, chopped8 oz Turkey polska kielbasa, chopped 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed1 can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed1 can pinto beans, drained & rinsed1 can white beans, drained & rinsed.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
In a dutch oven, pan fry the kielbasa, peppers, and onion together over medium heat.
Add beans and chicken broth, and enough water to cover.
Cover and put into a 225 degree oven for 5-6 hours. Add salt, pepper, and desired spices after about 1 hour. Stir and add water as needed every 1 hour.
Serving Size: Makes 12 servings, 1/2 cup each
