1 lbs Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 3/4 cup Beans, black 1 1/2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 3 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 1 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 2 cup Chicken Broth 4 cup Vegetable Broth 3/4 cup Orzo Pasta1 tbsp blue bonnet light margarine
saute onions and peppers until tender. add tomatoes and broth bring to boil. add chicken to broth to cook. Add beans and corn and bring back to a boil. Add orzo and cook until pasta is done. Serve it up
