Fresh Basil, (about 4 cups of leaves, rinsed)Almonds, 1 oz (24 whole kernels) Garlic, 6 cloves 1/4 cup Olive Oil, (more or less to taste)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
in Food processor, place leaves, peeled garlic and almonds. Use Pulse until contents are finely ground; drizzle olive oil in while processor is running until it becomes the consistency you want. At this point, you can freeze the pesto.
If using fresh or after thawing, add parmesan cheese and stir to blend before placing on pasta, sandwiches, vegetables, etc.
