1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 6 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream .5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 serving Rapunzel Vegan Vegetable Bouillon with Sea Salt, 0.5 cube (by DS1222) 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 cloves Garlic
1. cook the cauliflower on boiling water and salt first for 5 min, and drain it. Place it on a glass container to bake later.
2. Apart, beat the eggs, and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Cover the cauliflower with the mix, and place the parmesan cheese last on the top.
4. bake for 30 min- for smooth quiche, place the quiche pirex on a pan with water when bake.
