2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 13 gram Flaxmeal, ground (Bobs Red Mill) Organic2T=13g Gluten Free GF 3 oz Broccoli Green Giant Broccoli Spears 0.35 cup Spinach, frozen 1 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula 3 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino 1 tsp Sriarcha (Chili) Sauce (by DITRYING) 3 strip, large (3" long) Carrots, raw 2 strip (4" long) Celery, raw
