Bacon and Gouda Egg bake

7 large eggs 8 slices Great Value Hickory Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 11/2 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, large curd 6 oz, smoked gouda cheese, shredded 2 sheets Cut Da Carb Flatbread2 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
3. Crust: Lay down one flatbread, sprinkle fiesta blend cheese on top, and then lay down other flatbread.
4. Egg mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, beat together eggs, cottage cheese, and heavy whipping cream until smooth; stir in bacon and shredded gouda until well mixed.
5. Pour egg mixture over flatbread crust.
6. Bake for 35 minutes.
