Ingredients
2 tbsp Arrowhead Mills organic coconut flour (by M54708) 1 tbsp Butter - Great Value salted sweet cream butter 2 tbsp Great Value Heavy Whipping Cream (by VETBILL) .25 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 2 serving Egg white, large 1 serving Great Value Pork Sausage Patty, 1 patty 1 serving Cheese - Great Value Sliced Mild Cheddar
Directions
melt butter, mix 1 egg, 1 tbsp. cream, salt, baking powder, coconut flour and butter until smooth pour into large mug and microwave 90 seconds. while that is cooking beat 1 egg and 1 tbsp. cream together add fresh ground pepper. when bread is done allow to cool for a couple min. pop out and pour egg into cup. microwave 90 seconds. after egg is done allow to cool while microwaving sausage patty. slice bread to make sandwich add sausage egg and cheese and enjoy!
