Ingredients
4 cup Lentils 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 cup Vegetable Broth 1 tbsp Curry powder 1 tsp Cumin seed 10 cup Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes
Directions
heat onions, celery and peppers, add garlic in cooking spray, add spices, then cans of tomatoes, then the lentils (don't soak, just rinse). Add veggie bullion cube and water to desired consistency. Puree to desired consistency. Enjoy.
