*Tahini, 2 oz Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 1.5 fl oz Morningstar Farms Chicken Strips meal starter, 1 serving, 12 average pieces, (use 1/2 package)Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet Soy sauce (tamari), 2 tbsp Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 226 gramsBroccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
Boil spaghetti. Place morningstar farms chik'n strips in frying pan with a spray of oil. Chop zucchini and broccoli and add to pan until warm. Add spaghetti and mix in sauce to coat everything. Other ingredients are for the sauce, mix separately.
