Beef tips and brown rice

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 lb Beef, tip round 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cup Brown Rice, long grain 3 serving beef bullion cube .5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.25 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts .25 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Coat the beef tip with the flour. Heat Virgin Olive oil in skillet on MH. Place the meat in the skillet and brown on all sides reduce heat to ML. Add the onions, bell peppers, salt (to taste),and garlic powder. Cover and cook till tender. Mix the rest of the flour in the milk till no chunks. Cook the rice as directed. Drain the rice when tender and rinse. During the last 3 minutes turn up the burner to MH and brown the drippings. Remove the meat and sat aside. Pout half the water in the skillet and whisk till all the drippings are released and bubbly. Add the milk mixture to the skillet and whisk till thickened. Gradually add water till the thickness is desired. Reintroduce the beef tips to the skillet and stir. Place rice 1/2 cup rice in bowl or on a plate and Top with 1/4th of the meat & gravy. Enjoy.
