Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
4 serving Butter - Darigold Butter Natural Salted (1 Tablespoon) 1 tbsp Olive Oil .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g) 1 fl oz White Wine 1 tsp Thyme, fresh 2 tbsp Parsley 4 clove Garlic
Directions
Heat the butter and oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the onion until softened (about 3 minutes). Add the mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges. Pour in the wine (optional) and cook to reduce slightly. Stir through thyme, 1 Tbsp. of parsley and garlic. Cook for a further 30 seconds, until fragrant. Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve warm. Salt and Pepper to taste.
