Ingredients
1/2 c dry Quinoa, rinsed, soaked and drained1/2 c Fiber One Cereal1 c Rolled Oats1 c flaxseed meal1 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice1/4 c sweetened flaked coconut1 c raisins-----------------------------------------------4 tbsp dry milk2/3 c honey1/4 c smooth peanut butter1/3 cup water2 tbsp cocoa powder-----------------------------------------------1 large fresh egg
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Combine dry ingredients (to raisins) in mixing bowl.
3. Heat peanut butter, water, honey, dry milk, cocoa powder and pumpkin pie spice in sauce pan over medium low heat until melted and combined. I used a small whisk. Let cool a little, then pour over the top of dry ingredients.
4. Combine dry and peanut butter mixture. Mix in egg well AFTER the above are well combined
5. Press into greased pan.
6. Bake 20-25 minutes until browned around the edges.
7. Remove from oven, let cool and slice into bars.
One serving = 82 grams.
