Apple-Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
3 c. Cabbage, washed, drained and shredded2 c. apples, unpeeled, cored and chopped1 c. celery, washed and sliced diagonally1/2 c. onion, peeled and sliced into thin rings (optional)Dressing:1/3 c. low-fat yogurt2 tbsp pineapple juice1/4 tsp prepared mustard1/8 tsp celery seed
Directions
Combine cabbage, apples, celery and onion. In a separate bowl, combine ingredients for the pineapple yogurt dressing. Gently toss pineapple yogurt dressing with apple-cabbage mixture.
