Keto Cauliflower Tots

Ingredients
3 cup Hanover Riced Cauliflower 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 oz search for each ingredient in a turkey sandwich vs "turkey sandwich with swiss on wheat" 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 1 dash Pepper, black 0.25 tbsp Condiment - Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy (by BOOBILYBOO)
Directions
Microwave for 3 minutes and let cool. Place in paper towels or cheese cloth and ring out all the excess water (Do NOT skp this step or your tots will fall apart and be a mushy mess!)
Place rung out cauliflower in a bowl, and rest of ingredients and combine well. Form into about 18 little tots and place them on a parchment-line baking tray.
Place in a 400 degree over for 15-20 minutes
Let cool for 10 minutes and the tots will firm up
