Sausage-Spinach Quiche

7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup grated cheddar cheese .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup pre-cooked chicken sausage, diced 1 Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp black Pepper 2 tsp garlic 0.5 cup Spinach, frozen .5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
Place 1/2 the cheese, the onions, spinach and the sausage into the bottom of the pie crust.
Beat the eggs with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and milk.
Pour into crust.
Add the remainder of the cheese to the top.
Back at 350F for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs have set firmly.
Can be refrigerated and reheated, or frozen.
Serving Size: Cut into 8 pieces
