2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 3 tbsp Almond Butter 3 serving Protein Powder, Jay robb Whey Protein, one scoop 0.5 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's All-Bran With Extra Fiber Cereal 3 serving Agave nectar syrup (1Tbsp, 21g) 0.5 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 2 cookie, medium (2-1/4" dia) Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 0.5 tbsp Honey 1 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
Mix all ingredients in bowl or blender, form into balls. Enjoy!
