3 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1 egg 1/2 cup Country Crock, Shedd's Spread (Soft) 1/4 Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 2 and 1/2 cups Almond Meal/Flour 1 and 1/4 cups Lily's dark chocolate premium baking chips 1/4 cup Stevia baking blend
Set aside two bowls. In one combine dry ingredients, in another combine the wet ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients until creamy. Add the dry ingredients, mix well. Scoop out level spoonfuls the size that you want. I used a small ice cream scoop and got 20 cookies. With your palm, or I used the flat part of a glass to press to approximately 1/2 inch size. You will need to keep the bottom of the glass wiped clean and slightly wet.
Bake at 350, min 13-15. Do not overcook!
