Butternut Squash Macaroni-Less Mac & Cheese

3 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 8 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 4 dash Salt 4 dash Pepper, black Hot sauce, optional
Steam squash either in microwave or on stovetop until soft, but not mushy.
Once steamed, allow to cool a few minutes.
Add sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, and hot sauce (if using).
Gently stir until well combined.
Place in greased ramekins (for individual servings) or greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. You can also broil the last part of this time for a browner top.
