5.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked2.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 tsp Garlic4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth2.0 cup cheese - shredded taco cheese0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Brown onions garlic and fine add broth two cups of broccoli cauliflower cook for 20 minutes use an immersion blender to blend return to the pan add cheese slowly well that is simmering microwave the other two to three cups of broccoli add broccoli add milk salt and pepper.
