KETO FLAX SEED CRACKERS WITH GARLIC AND PARMESAN

Ingredients
1 30gms (1/3 cup) CERES ORGANICS GROUND FLAXSEED 33 grams (1/3 cup) Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Water, tap 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 1 spray Canola Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 210C (400F).

Mix all ingredients together.

Roll on silicone mat or parchment paper to 1/8 inch thickness.

Score with a sharp knife.

Bake until centre is no longer soft, about 15-18 mins. Remove from oven if getting a little too brown around the edges.

Cool completely and then store in airtight container.
