Healthy Vegetable & Turkey Meatballs (oven baked)

Ingredients
32 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 0.5 cup slices Carrots, grated 0.5 cup, sliced Zucchini, grated .05 cup, chopped Onions, diced 1.5 cup Panko Breadcrumbs2 large EggsSesame Seeds
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line two baking trays with parchment paper and set aside.
3. Place the grated carrots and zucchini into a sieve and strain out any excess liquid.
4. Place the strained vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
Add the finely chopped onion, ground turkey, breadcrumbs and egg.
5. Mix well to combine.
6. Roll the mixture into ice cream scoop sized balls, roll them in the sesame seeds, and place onto the prepared trays.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
