Ingredients
1 C frozen unsweetened blueberries2/3 C plain nonfat yogurt1/2 serving protein powder (I like SF whey)1/4 cup nonfat milk1 T slivered almonds2 t ground flax seeds2 packets sweetener1 t almond extract
Directions
put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet, and blend until smooth. Serves 1
