Ingredients
1/4 cup tomato ketchup or tomato sauce1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce (if allergic use Tamari)2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp olive oil4 5-6 ounce skinless boneless chicken breast
Directions
Prep: combine ketchup,soy sauce, gralic,oil in a small bowl.Place chicken in a dish Pour marinade over chicken refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

Preheat broiler or grill , remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.Broil or grill chicken for 6 - 7 minutes each side
Serves 4
