Ingredients
1 cup Mushrooms, canned 19.1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Crushed Tomatoes 1.5 cup Peas and carrots, canned 2.05 cup Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry 3 clove Garlic 4 cup Spinach, fresh 0.7 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Basil 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 0.65 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
Directions
Sauté garlic and onions over medium heat until fragrant, around 2-3 mins. Add mushrooms, peas and carrots and tomatoes and sauté another 5 minutes. Add onion soup mix and veggie ground round, along with basil and oregano to taste. Mix in 1C water and stir to combine , then add crushed tomatoes. Stir, then cover and reduce to a simmer. Simmer until sauce is desired consistency, around 20-40 mins. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serving Size:
