1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Coconut Secret: Raw Coconut Flour (by KISSMYYAHOO) 0.25 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Melt butter in cup. mix other ingredients in thoroughly. Microwave for 90 seconds on high. Invert immediately on wire rack to cool! Slice and toast or eat as is.
***You could substitute 3 Tablespoons blanched almond flour for the 1 Tablespoon coconut flour***
