Ingredients
3.25 cup Golld Medal All Natural Whole Wheat Flour3.5 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato1.75 cup Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce16.0 oz Jennie-O Ground Turkey 90% lean 10 fat4.0 cup Great Value Chopped Spinach0.25 tsp great value iodized salt3.0 tbsp GEM Extra Virgin Oil140.0 gram Great Value Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese1 packet of dry yeast.
Directions
1. mix 3.25 of flour with the 2.5 tbsp olive oil yeast, salt, and 2 cups of warm water and mix until dough forms. 2. Place pizza doein a bowl and wrap the top with plastic wrap and leave for an hour. While waiting Cook the the ground turkey spicing to your liking. 3. When hour is done on a clean surface spread some flour and then place dough on surface and knead spread until it circular 15" in diameter with the edge folded slightly up. Once made place on pizza pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 4. Take 0.5 tbsp of olive oil and spread over the dough then pour the pizza sauce and dice tomatoes and spread on the crust. 5. Spread the cheese on top 6. place the cooked ground turkey,then place the cooked spinach as the final topping. Place pizza in oven and bake for 15-18 min..
